Would you like to help us care for APEC's animals? This program teaches children about the interesting job of an animal caretaker.
Join licensed instructor Beth Lauren Levine for a simplified Zumba-style dance class that provides exercise with an emphasis on fun! In a non-competitive and no-judgmental atmosphere parents can find a way to get their kids active while having quality time together and by example sending a positive message about fitness. Dancing is so much fun and no one loses. If a child is inactive, this is a no-pressure and non-threatening way to begin a fitness plan. This class is for children, but is also appropriate for adults attending with their child.
Children will be introduced to the basics of composition and nature photography rules while using disposable cameras. During the first class they will practice their newly acquired skills, taking photographs during a nature walk on APEC's trails. During the second class the children will create frames to mount their favorite pictures.
During this cooking class, APEC Chefs will prepare and cook a delicious Chicken Cutlet Parmesan entrée.
